]]> Le 9 mars 2025, le Gouvernorat a accueilli une importante journée de plaidoyer contre la violence sexuelle faite aux filles en milieu scolaire, organisée par l’ONG Promodef. Cet événement, présidé par le représentant du Gouverneur, a rassemblé de nombreuses personnalités, y compris des autorités administratives, communales et coutumières, des ONG partenaires, ainsi que des responsables d’écoles et des services de promotion de la femme, du développement social, de la santé et de la jeunesse.

L’objectif de cette journée était de sensibiliser le public sur les enjeux cruciaux liés à la violence sexuelle en milieu scolaire et de promouvoir des actions concrètes pour protéger les jeunes filles dans leurs établissements d’enseignement. Les intervenants ont exprimé leur engagement à lutter contre ce fléau, soulignant l’importance d’une approche collaborative entre les différents acteurs de la société.

Des discussions fructueuses ont eu lieu, permettant d’identifier des stratégies pour améliorer la sécurité des filles dans les écoles et garantir leur droit à une éducation libre de violence. Cette journée a été sanctionnée par la remise d’un document de recommandation au Représentant du Gouverneur de Kita. Elle marque enfin un pas significatif vers un avenir où chaque enfant peut apprendre dans un environnement sûr et respectueux.
